//, Hydro GeoAnalyst/Hydro GeoAnalyst 2014.2 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of Hydro GeoAnalyst 2014.2.  The new release provides various enhancements and bug fixes.  Key highlights include faster and more efficient data importing,  support for bulk importing of image files (e.g., images of wells) and improved reporting with Microsoft Office.

What’s New in Hydro GeoAnalyst 2014.2?

Optimized for faster, more efficient data import

The Data Transfer System (DTS) has been improved with the following new features:

  • Option to save your import settings to re-use them in subsequent sessions
  • Automatically compare the stations in your source file with stations in your database to pinpoint duplicates
  • Import data using the Station ID field instead of the Station Name field to accommodate stations with the same name

Bulk import of image files

Images can be imported into your database via the Data Transfer System. You can import one image per station for multiple stations simultaneously, or multiple images for the same station (e.g., to visually document changes over time).

Create professional reports from queries

Data queries that contain tabular data and images can now be exported to ready-made PowerPoint templates for quick and easy reports.

Improved organization of Microsoft Office reports

Microsoft Office reports and report templates are now conveniently organized under the Hydro GeoAnalyst project tree for fast and easy retrieval
