At Waterloo Hydrogeologic we send out a Customer Satisfaction Survey to each client that we have the pleasure of helping.   Our goal is to gauge the satisfaction level and get the opinion of customers regarding our Technical Support services.  We use the survey results to identify strengths and weaknesses in the services we provide to guide us towards meaningful changes in the future.  The most current round of responses has been extremely informative – thank you to all of our users that have contributed.  Have a look at the results from the more recent 50 surveys completed:
