To our valued Customers,

On October 20 we experienced an inadvertent runaway process with our CRM system.  The outcome was a limited distribution of emails acknowledging receipt of a support ticket, that had already been closed.  Our support team noticed these emails being sent and quickly shut down the process to determine the cause.  The source of the problem was identified and fixed.  I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
